I had an amazing experience with Eric at Fix Auto Anaheim after getting my Tesla repaired. From start to finish, Eric made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and professional. He kept me updated throughout the repair process, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly. The quality of the work was outstanding — my Tesla came back looking brand new, and you honestly wouldn’t even know it had damage before. The attention to detail, communication, and customer service really stood out to me. Eric went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that the repair was completed properly and on time. It’s hard finding a body shop you can fully trust, especially with a Tesla, but I would absolutely recommend Eric and the team at Fix Auto Anaheim to anyone needing repairs. Thank you again for the excellent work and for making the experience so easy!

Extremely professional and great service. Communication was excellent every step of the way. They made it a very easy process to work with insurance. It was glass repair and they did an excellent job getting out all the tiny pieces of glass from the break-in.

I’m so happy with my experience at Fix Auto Repair! Sophia and Eric were amazing so kind, helpful, and easy to work with. They did a really great job repairing the roof on my Tesla, and it looks perfect. Communication was smooth the whole time with updates through texts, emails, and phone calls. They made everything stress-free. I’m very impressed and highly recommend them. Five stars!

I would definitely take my car back to fix auto. They fixed my back rear bumper. They took all the scratches away in the dent. The color is beautiful matched. Their professionalism was amazing. Their communication with me was on point everything they told me they were gonna do they did and I will continue to return if I have to. I hope I don’t.
